Dad Bod Health Playbook Series: Part 1

Over the next few weeks I’ve decided that I’m going to tell you all my health secrets.

I am going to give you the exact playbook of my company.

In case you didn’t know we help men achieve Optimal Health without strict fad diets or strenuous hours of cardio.

We believe food is one of the many joys of life and as you can tell by our logo, we love burgers and beer!

If you’re here I would imagine you love burgers and beer too right?!

I mean who doesn’t love a good greasy burger and a cold brew.

But obviously there is a time and a place and you can’t eat burgers and drink beer every day and expect results.

So I’m about to lay out the entire playbook in this weekly series.

And it all starts with mindset.

I know I know you probably don’t want to hear that.

But here’s the deal.

I would be lying to you if I told you I was motivated to eat healthy or work out every day.

The fact is I’m just not.

There are many days when I dread the thought of my next home workout or the drive to the gym (when they’re open).

But here’s the deal.

You get your mindset mastered and the rest will be very simple.

That’s why I started with mindset.

You must develop the discipline needed to make shit happen even when you have zero motivation to do so.

Motivation doesn’t just show up on your doorstep in an Amazon Prime box.

You have to create motivation.

If you plan on waiting until you’re motivated to take action then I’ve got bad news for you.

You’re going to be waiting a long ass time.

That’s why one of the core principles that I teach is to leverage MOMENTUM instead of trying to rely on motivation.

When you start your week off in a healthy way and sometimes you’ll just have to force it, you’re creating momentum you can then use for the rest of the week.

Give it a shot man you’ve got nothing to lose.

Next Monday I want you to try your best to start the week off right.

Get in a workout, drink more water, eat a little healthier and get to bed on time.

You do a few basic tasks like that and you’ll see how much simpler it is to keep it going on Tuesday.

The process certainly isn’t rocket science, but if it was easy everyone would be fit and healthy while still enjoying their favorite beer and munching on a nice juicy burger.

But you’ve got what it takes and I’m confident you’ll do well if you take action.

I’m pulling for you man, you’ve got this.

And if you need a little guidance along the way you can apply for our Optimal Performance Program here: APPLY NOW
