EP 46 – Long-term Quality Health and Diet with Chris Gooden

In this episode, Jason talks about health, diet, and nutrition with Chris Gooden! Chris Gooden has a Masters in Exercise Physiology. He is also a strength and conditioning coach and father of three kids!

He believes that as men, we need to value ourselves and teach children the importance of fitness and health. What you do, your children will eventually do and follow. Chris teaches us how to approach nutrition through the concept of elimination diet by taking away unhealthy food and adding healthier elements into your diet, such as more water and vegetables.

Chris believes that at the end of the day, it’s important to think long-term. Developing your muscles and developing consistency will provide the change and the results that one needs for long-term quality health and fitness!
