In this episode, Jason talks about the importance of accepting your imperfections while striving for perfection. He discusses the importance of non-negotiable priorities in order to achieve better health. 

It will never be perfect but a 1% better everyday mentality can surely prevent setbacks and allow you to build momentum. At the end of the day, you’re the only one that is going to negotiate with yourself and you will never need motivation when you have discipline. 

Jason also talks about the benefits of spending time in nature from time to time and being off the grid for a little while. It’s important to implement things in your life that will set you up for success, but at the same time, aware that there is no such thing as perfection.
