Letโ€™s face it.

Most people dread ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ Mondays.

But Mondays are an opportunity to lay the foundation for the week.

Start Mondays off strong and youโ€™ll build massive momentum for the entire week.

Slack off on Mondays and if gives you built-in excuses for the rest of the week.

A few examples:

๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž – work out on Monday and the chances are much higher youโ€™ll work out on Tuesday.

Skip Mondayโ€™s workout and youโ€™ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.

๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง – make good choices on Monday and youโ€™ll have more incentive to make good choices on Tuesday.

Eat like crap on Monday and youโ€™ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.

๐’๐ฅ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ – get to bed at a good time on Monday, youโ€™ll feel a lot better and be more inspired to keep that going on Tuesday.

Ignore the importance of sleep on Monday, youโ€™ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday to not get to bed.

Health habits have a compounding effect and every decision counts.

But when you donโ€™t experience immediate results it can be very tempting to let your guard down and slack off.

This also has a compounding effect and can spiral out of control quicker than you expect.

Thatโ€™s why ๐Ÿ‘‡

Will lead to massive success every week.

Make this week great ๐Ÿ’ฏ
