But Mondays are an opportunity to lay the foundation for the week.
Start Mondays off strong and youโll build massive momentum for the entire week.
Slack off on Mondays and if gives you built-in excuses for the rest of the week.
A few examples:
๐๐ฑ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ – work out on Monday and the chances are much higher youโll work out on Tuesday.
Skip Mondayโs workout and youโll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.
๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง – make good choices on Monday and youโll have more incentive to make good choices on Tuesday.
Eat like crap on Monday and youโll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.
๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ – get to bed at a good time on Monday, youโll feel a lot better and be more inspired to keep that going on Tuesday.
Ignore the importance of sleep on Monday, youโll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday to not get to bed.

But when you donโt experience immediate results it can be very tempting to let your guard down and slack off.
This also has a compounding effect and can spiral out of control quicker than you expect.
Thatโs why ๐
Will lead to massive success every week.
Make this week great ๐ฏ
