You’ve been battling the same issues for a long time now. . .
You hit snooze more times than you can count because you’re still tired from yesterday.
You stayed up late and now it’s time to wake up with less than 6 hours of sleep.
You finally get out of bed and that dull aching pain in your back flares up again.
You already know how the day will unfold.
You’re going to make a mad dash off to work and won’t eat anything until lunch.
You’ll make an “attempt” to eat healthy but it’ll likely be something that isn’t.
You’ll run on fumes all day but you know you’ve got your soda or energy drinks to get you through the day.
You’ll have the normal mid-afternoon crash followed by your exhausted drive home.
You’ll stuff your face for dinner because you only gave your body one “decent” meal all day and now you’re starving.
Ice cream will call your name after dinner and you’ll partake.
Then you’ll stay up late again and get ready to hit the repeat button again tomorrow.
At some point you have to break the cycle man. It doesn’t all have to happen at once but it’s time.
You know deep down inside you deserve to feel better but have been hesitant to take action.
The time is now and step one is making a commitment to yourself to get your shit together.
